Spoke with a lady from DNR today. Very helpful!! Told me to fill it out to the best of my abilities and we would work through it from there.

The answer to the structure question was simple, 6" dredge no structure but no permit required. 8' dredge you need the permit but structure not out of the question at all.

Covered some other areas as well.
