Re: Remote Prospecting?
Interesting. The topo map you supplied shows deep, but wide incisions on all three creeks; very favorable to erosion and eluvial, terrace and stream deposition.

Re: Remote Prospecting?
Hello Chuck and Jim, Leonard and others whom I don’t know
Been a while since I’ve visited the Forum. I have a lot
of reading to catch up on. Thank you Chuck for the nice comment on our time together last summer. It was a blast!
Very little work at my diggins has happened over the past 5 months. Most of my time and energy was focused on upgrading my operation to include heavier high line cable, more substantial cable anchors, more powerful hoisting gear and a new heavily insulated generator shed.
Down in the shaft I have observed roof subsidence in the room I had excavated and it worried me enough to abandon further work there. I have begun a parallel tunnel that will be all virgin material instead of following old workings.
Extreme cold and heavy snow has brought all efforts to a halt. Just accessing the mine site has been a major undertaking. I’ll try to stay current with postings in the future. Be well, everyone
