Hey you Platinum, PGM, and REE prospectors and miners,
There is a locality in the Moran Mining District in Alaska that has all of the vectors needed to support a Meteorite Strewn Field.
and...
There are mining claims nearby that are mining Platinum, PGM's and REE's to boot! Join me on an over-the-top discovery!

Meteorite nuggets;
It's well known that meteorites fragment on entry into the earth's atmosphere. In marshy terrain, they impact a semi-consolidated mud on bedrock. It's hard to simulate what happens... but... the mud is like a solid when a high speed impact occurs. Combined with the shock of cold possibly frozen mud, there's a lot of physics in motion (literally). Picture - random small lakes later filling impact craters scattered over several miles. No other lakes in the same terrain. The impact craters all have electromagnetic conductors (metal) in them. The metal meteorite fragments are all slightly offset in the same direction implying entry from the same direction and angle.
Add: Placer mining in a river proximal to the strewn field. The break-up of the meteorites prior to and during impact scattered fragments of all sizes in all directions. Over time, erosion washed "nuggets" into the river.
