A Treasure Hunt;
After going through a study of the Macro Geology, I settled down to getting on the GOLD.
Having acquired mining claims and established a camp at Ophir, I was approached by a mining company about a mining lease. The company already had heavy equipment in the area and was ready to go to work.
A lease was signed and mining began in early 2010. Mining was going well and I flew back to the lower 48 for ten days to meet with an investor.
When I returned, the miner presented me with 40 ounces of GOLD which represented my 10 percent royalty on GOLD he produced in ten days!
While I was gone for the ten days, he decided to "do some prospecting". His discovery was outside of his lease and he would not tell me where the discovery was made. He offered to buy the mine, I said, "No". He asked to extend his lease to cover the next 40 acres. I said, "No".
After introduction to my investor, the miner moved (with my investor) to a neighboring mine.
With NO equipment, NO mine income, and NO investor, I began a Treasure Hunt.
