Re: Gold Hog nary a Squeal!
Joe Appreciate the information. I also have a flow pan that I haven't really taken to as of yet. I find myself going back to my regular pan pretty quickly. Its on my list to give it a more thorough workout this summer. My last time in Alaska we had "no" water issues and never really got on any "good...

Gold Hog nary a Squeal!
It has been quiet on the board lately! So hopefully this will stir up some comments. Does anyone have any idea why we haven't heard anything from Gold Hog in quite some time? It seems like several years since any new videos, no advertising that I have seen. Also, all the videos on You Tube don't all...

Re: Starlink system
Dick
I can help you with that! When in doubt immediately remove the grizzly bars, what could possibly go wrong? You will need to practice your shocked look for when a boulder totals your whole system. No way you could see that coming.

Re: Ho, Ho, Ho & Happy, Happy!
Joe I switched to Stihl Motomix a number of years ago for all of my small engines. Guess what, ZERO carb and fuel line issues. Yes it is expensive but I only cut so much firewood every year. The beauty of Motomix is it is good for 10 years unopened and 2 years after opening. I stupidly left fuel wit...

Re: Ho, Ho, Ho & Happy, Happy!
No snowman! The snow was really dry, strange considering how close we are to the Gulf of Mex.....America . Only got to about 16 degrees here, they were predicting 11 last night. The I-10 is closed from Houston, Tx to Mobile, Al right at 500 miles. We don't have the first truck to salt or snowplow to...

tempImageNGUBQ5.gif tempImageNGUBQ5.gif Greetings from the only state with NO GOLD! 110 years since Louisiana has seen this much snow! Not to get political but Hell has surely frozen over, the media maybe got one right. In light of recent events I believe something has certainly changed. Agree or d...

Re: How much wood, could a woodchuck chuck, kinda
And also I’ll add after re reading this thread, I run about 200 yards per day and do a cleanup after 400 yards, three separate 24” by 16 foot sluice runs of expanded metal, a couple of nugget traps included yields about 10 gallons of minus 3/8” concentrates. Dan Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I am pre...

Re: How much wood, could a woodchuck chuck, kinda
And another thing? Joe you got me thinking about this as well with the amount of water being too much or not enough. Given the above parameters, after running 6 hours or so, how much cons would you expect to have? Reflecting on my earlier runs in 2023 I believe I was running it too flat. Probably en...
